Psychology (Bachelor of Science)
General Requirements
Specific Requirements
MATH 019, MATH 020 or MATH 021, MATH 022; BIOL 001, BIOL 002; or BCOR 011, BCOR 012 and at least three additional credits in an approved science or in statistics (listed below or consult the Department of Psychology
website.
Forty-six credits of psychology including:
- PSYC 001, PSYC 104, PSYC 109, PSYC 110, PSYC 121, PSYC 130, PSYC 152, PSYC 161;
- Three courses from at least two of the following categories:
- Nine additional credits at or above the 100-level. Students opting for a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology may not use psychology courses to fulfill the College of Arts and Sciences social sciences Distribution Requirements.
*Category (b) or (c) but not both.
Approved offerings in science and statistics: biology (any except BIOL 001 and BIOL 002), chemistry (any), geology (any), physics (any), statistics (STAT 141 and any at the 200-level), anatomy and neurobiology (any), animal science (ASCI 043, ASCI 122, ASCI 141), computer science (any except CS 002, CS 003, CS 005, CS 014).
