Sponsored and Institutional Research for Graduate Students

The University received over $145 million in sponsored funding, over $120 million of this total for research, during fiscal year 2010. UVM ranks nationally as one of the 100 leading universities in terms of federal grant support. In addition, there are a substantial number of faculty research projects supported, in part, by institutional research committees. Graduate students frequently serve as integral parts of faculty research projects in a wide range of disciplines.
