Explore the archeology of raw materials wrested out of the Northeast's quarries and mines. Noted industrial archeologists, geoarcheologists, and an architectural historian bring you a suite of the northeast's diverse resources. How did past cultures use the earth's bounty? How do archeologists research minerals, rocks, and quarries?
