Any current student who will be returning to UVM for the 2013-2014 academic year and plans to utilize financial aid needs to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online by March 1, 2013. Missing this priority deadline may significantly reduce financial aid eligibility.

When filing the FAFSA, you will need tax information for 2012. If you and/or your parent(s)/spouse will not file taxes before March 1, 2013, please use estimated income information to file the FAFSA by the deadline. Once tax returns are filed, return to the FAFSA website to make any necessary corrections using the IRS data retrieval tool.
