Holocaust Studies at the University of Vermont furthers both scholarship and public awareness about the events that brought about, comprise, and continue to issue from the Holocaust. The UVM Carolyn and Leonard Miller Center for Holocaust Studies consistently works to promote teaching and learning about the Holocaust at diverse levels of education, to encourage all within its reach to reflect on the moral, political, and social implications of the Holocaust, and to urge its constiuents to take action in light of that understanding.
