About the Program Board
The University of Vermont Program Board (UPB) is a student-lead programming initiative to deliver consistent and high quality events and activities to the UVM Community. Particularly with the building of the new student center, the Dudley H. Davis Center, it is important now more than ever to have the voices of students integrated in the conversations about what happens on campus.
The campus programming effort that is UPB began four years ago as the University initiated planning for the Davis Center. The Department of Student Life and the Student Government Association requested that funds be designated for the development of campus programs and activities prior to the completion of the Davis Center. These funds have grown over time to support a fully funded program that strives to provide a diverse and comprehensive selection of programs that meet daytime, evening, and late night programming goals.
