The UVM instructional recreation program is designed to offer learning experiences that produce life-long recreational interest and skills. Instructional recreation programs differ from traditional sport programming and vary in type, size, and length. In order to provide instructional programs that are well-received by the community, seasonal activities are planned and on-going evaluation is required. This philosophy allows the Campus Recreation Department to offer a wide range of activities that appeal to the varied population we serve.
