height x width: 2-3' x 2-3', tends to flop--may need staking

flowers: blue in profusion, last half of summer

hardiness: USDA zones 3-8

interest: *more compact than species
*good blue for mid borders last half of season
*may be attractive to cats
*needs good drainage
