- Graduate and upper-level undergraduate students interested in working for
or starting social entrepreneurial businesses and non-profit organizations
What is the Program?
This five-day intensive summer program is designed as
an in-depth overview of social entrepreneurship to help participants prepare to start new organizations,
transform bureaucracies in public-sector and nongovernmental arenas, and assume
leadership positions in existing organizations with social or environmental
missions. This course will count toward the
Interdisciplinary Focus on
Sustainable Business Certificate of Completion and is the first in a sequence of courses
being developed to comprise a new, customized program for emerging social
entrepreneurs.
