TrackStar is a multipurpose free website: Teachers can use this website as a starting point for online lessons and activities or access those shared by others. Simply collect Web sites, enter them into TrackStar, add annotations for your students, and you have an interactive, online lesson called a Track. Create your own Track or use one of the hundreds of thousands already made by other educators. Other useful tools include:

| PortaPortal provides free
space to post your favorite web links. You can create different
categories of links (science, language arts, brain teasers...etc.) You
can customize your layouts and colors and create your own login and
password and share this with anyone you wish to access your site. -provided by Kristen

| Filamentality
is another online resource for creating online web pages. Educators can
make web pages that create hotlinks, scrapbooks, webquests and other
online resources for their students. Templates and tutorials guide you
through the process. Online free space remains for at least a
year and if you log in during that time, it is extended another 12
months. |

Chart is in a PDF format and included to
help you remember who's who in your classes.

Meeting Wizard is an
online free tool that facilitates the arrangement of meetings.

Calculator's
online center offers a number of customizable calculators to
fit all your needs.

| TuCows is a resource with all kinds of software for educators and others. Mac and Windows versions are available. All software is rated so you have a sense of its value. | ||

Microsoft Teacher Templates lets you download
forms, awards, and letters to make it easier to communicate with
parents.

| Atomic Learning is
the place to find quicktime instructional videos on how to use
application software for Macs and PCs. A generous number are free
although to access all resources, a subscription fee is required.
Their
Curriculum Tools are also useful and offer lesson plans and
Storyboard Pro, a tool to help students and teachers plan multimedia
projects. |

create and administer online surveys. Sign up for a free account that

can create
all your own questions and different stules of questions (multiple
choice, short answer, fill in the blank, essay questions, etc. and the
