Out of Class ASSIGNMENT: Choose any speech
that is online (Vimeo, YouTube, etc;
Political Candidates, Current Politicians,
Historical Figures, etc), and find at
least five examples of Propaganda
Techniques that are used.
Record what these techniques are, and when
these techniques appear in the speech
(Minutes: Seconds) and be prepared to show
at least two of them to us using our
classroom's computer. Due Monday
(Feb 13). Hand in on paper: Your
name, for each speech a short description
(who, what, where, when, why) the link to
the candidate's speech, and list the
propaganda techniques and the time that
they occur in the video link (Minutes:
Seconds). Be ready to share with our
class at least TWO examples - to come up
to the class computer, show us the clip,
and ask what "propaganda technique" was
used, and explain.
