It is rare for the Lane Series to re-engage a performing group or artist immediately after their performance, but after a splendid sold-out evening entitled “Slavic Wonders” last December, Lane director Jane Ambrose immediately asked The Rose Ensemble to grace our stage this season for another highly creative and imaginative holiday concert. The Rose Ensemble is the premiere mixed vocal group in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. By blending Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque music with folk songs and stories, their dramatic and entertaining concerts are an unforgettable way to usher in the holiday season musically. Their program this year will feature music of the Americas.
