Web  access to FRS DATA is available for UVM affiliated personnel. This access is controlled through an authentication process. The authentication process requests you to enter your SSN and a PIN number.

How do I obtain a pin number?

 There are two forms that are required to be filled out.   Print out the forms below and submit them to Accounting Information Services, 218 Waterman Building. You will receive an email with your pin number within a few days.
