What FRS screen lists open commitments by Reference?
Screen # 26 - Open Commitment by Reference
To see the balance left on a blanket p.o. after invoices
have been paid,
if you are not sure which account number was charged,
type the P.O. #
in the reference field, and it will show you the account
number being charged,
and the balance left.
But if you know what budget number it was charged to,
go to screen #21, and it will
give you the same information.
