Are there screens that you can use for inquiry about any department's budget attributes without being denied access because of security reasons?

Yes, there are 2 different screens (examples are below).
 

P02 - (GL only) Ex: 052245
 

A screen that is used more often is:
 

P06 - (SL only) Ex: 201220  Allows you to look at any account information including work order charges ---- 7-7XXXX budget #'s ---- (same info. as screen S07)
