Step 1. After you have had an opportunity to be observed by the classroom teacher and/or special educator implementing a teacher-planned lesson, schedule a meeting and ask for feedback on your lesson implementation skills list below.

Step 2. Ask the classroom teacher and/or special educator for their feedback which can be recorded in the chart for activity 2 (download and print it).

Step 3. Discuss with the classroom teacher and/or special educator any challenges you may have had in implementing the lesson plan and request their suggestions for improving your skills in implementing the teacher-planned lesson. Explore ideas for improving specific skills that your classroom teacher and/or special educator indicated to you as areas for improvement.
