Insert Comments In Word Documents
- To insert Comments
- Insert the cursor where the Comment needs to go.
- Click Insert and Comment.
- A small reference number appears, and you can type extensive comments in the field that appears.
- Work with Comments
- To view comments, Select View and Comments.
- To print the document with comments visible, click Tools and Options, select the Print tab, and check the Comments box in the Include With Document area (turn off comment printing by un-checking the Comments box).
