Final Lab Project Due Dates:
   -Early Bonus (+15 points): Friday November 18, 4pm
   -Due Date: Friday December 2, 4pm
   -If late: -10%, then starting Monday 5 December 4pm -5% per day (4pm deadline).
   -Deadline: Friday 9 December 4pm.  Nothing accepted after this deadline!

LECTURE:

Descriptive Statistics:

     Mean: the numerical average, used with quantitative.

    Mode: the most often observed value, used with qualitative as well as quantitative.

    Median: The mid-point or middle, used with quantitative continuous.

    Variation: Often more important than the Mean and shown in: Histogram,
                    Inter-quartile range, Box & Whiskers plot, Variance,
                    & Standard Deviation.
